A major manufacturer of adhesive tape required a system to perform precise non-contact tape width measurements for production machinery setup and quality control. The system must be fast, flexible, very easy to use, and must store all tracking and measurement data.  

Result
We supplied a wide-beam Laser Scan Micrometer and designed and delivered custom software that orchestrates and manages the measurement and data management functions. 

This complete, custom integrated system was delivered three weeks after receipt of the order.
