classification Project
A manufacturer of precision optical inspection equipment wanted to create a new
product to inspect and categorize defects on hard disk media. In-house programming
resources were unavailable due to workload on other projects.
Result
We designed, wrote and delivered a professional system control program for this
machine, on time and within budget. We worked closely with their engineers to coordinate
development and testing of the system, which includes precision multi-axis motion control,
high-resolution vision, and table-driven data management. We even wrote the end-user
manual and the windows-style help system.
