Project
A leading manufacturer of reflow soldering systems needed software to serve as the interface for controlling and monitoring their machines. The software will be supplied to customers, and must work with their entire line of products.

Result
The Windows-based program we created provides real-time machine monitoring and data logging capability and can handle up to six machines simultaneously. "Recipes" can be defined, stored, and recalled to address many different operational modes and requirements.

The "run monitor" window displays the motion and heater elements for the particular machine(s) being addressed. The graphical depiction of the machine's elements with superimposed color-coded temperature, setpoint, and alarm displays make it very easy to use and understand.
