Our famous 15¢ change policy
We never nickel and dime our valued customers for minor
software changes or enhancements. Minor software changes or enhancements are provided at
no cost while the warranty or extended warranty is in effect. Ask us for details about
this unique policy.
Dedicated ftp directory
We provide a dedicated ftp directory for each customer. The password-protected directory
provides a secure means to transfer program updates, data, or debugging files to and from
our technical support department via the Internet.
One year warranty on all software
All our software is supplied with a one-year warranty, which includes
unlimited technical support calls, bug fixes, and minor changes and enhancements. On-site
service is included in most warranty plans.
Extended / enhanced support plans available
We offer extended warranty plans and 24/7 support plans to address the specific
needs of our customers on an ongoing basis.
